Online Library Guide Home

Welcome to the Library Guide for Online classes.

The main purpose of this guide is to help you locate full-text electronic books, articles in electronic journals, and other resource materials that you may need to be successful in your degree program. Please note that this guide focuses on available online resources, rather than printed books, journals, and other printed materials.

If your search of the Library catalogs and databases finds items that are available only in printed form, the Library can send some types of printed materials to you from the Calvin T. Ryan Library's collections if you live in the 48 contiguous states.  This is done through UNK's Interlibrary Loan & Document Delivery service, LoperLoan.

This service can also acquire articles in digital format from other libraries and send them to you. E-books may not be obtained from other libraries.  Additional information on Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery services is available from this link.

If you need assistance in locating the information that you need, please use the Ask a Librarian chat form at left to request help, send an SMS Text message to 308-210-3865, or use our Reference e-mail form.
