Vending Machine
Steps to follow if a patron loses money in a vending machine.
They should:
- Go to the Finance Office if between the hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Go to the Circulation Desk if outside of these hours and:
- Fill out a green reimbursement form
- Circulation staff will give them the refund from our cash drawer
- If the patron used a card to pay for it, they cannot get a refund until they can show that the charge went through and is not just “pending”. If they can show that the charge has gone through, they should follow above procedures.
