Digital Repository - OpenSPACES

There are two ways to get to get to the thesis/dissertation management tools. 

Option 1:

1. From OpenSPACES click on My Account.
2. All series which you have permissions to work with or to which you've submitted work will show on this page. Each individual series should look something like this Graduate Review example.

Option 2:

1. Log into your account.
2. Navigate to your series. In this case, we're starting from the Biology Theses, Dissertations, and Student Creative Activity page.
3. At the top of your screen, you should see a black drop-down toolbar with options for Configuration, Dashboard, and Manage Theses/Dissertations.

   

Options Explained

• Manage Theses/Dissertations (or Submissions): main hub for managing work. Defaults to showing theses/dissertations that are not posted to the website yet.
• Configuration: change the website text and control other site options.
• Dashboard: see usage, broken down in several ways.
• Upload: opens form to submit a thesis.

1. Navigate to Manage Theses/Dissertations. 
2. You will see a list of all theses that have not yet been posted to the website. If you need to make changes to a thesis that is already live on the site, change state to All or Posted and click Search

   

3. To work with an individual thesis, click on its title.
