The Reserve Collection, located in the Access Services/Circulation area, is a high usage collection comprised of library materials and instructor's personal copies to provide easy access for students. Checkout periods for reserve items vary according to each instructor's specifications.

Due dates are emailed to patrons. It is the borrower's responsibility to read the loan receipt email for the due date.

Faculty may have a semester loan on most library materials, except periodicals, microfiche readers, and non-print media. Semester loans are subject to recall after 28 days.

No name, address, or other information concerning a borrower contained in any circulation records will be revealed to other persons except under conditions as stated in Calvin T. Ryan Library's Privacy of Circulation Records Policy.
